To be quite honest the body is magnificently complex and there are as many different ways of looking at it as there are fields of health (massage, physiotherapy, chiropractor, naturopathy). If we solely focus on only one area we can easily be misled and find ourselves further from our goals then when we started. The details are important but mean nothing if they are taken out of the context of the body being a part of a person.
