 The Healing Art of Exercise effectiveness is due to the understanding and application of the combined points of view seen in Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Chiropractic, Nutrition, and Coaching, from an exercise point of view.The Healing Art of Exercise was created for the 80% of people who do not thrive in a traditional gym atmosphere. Using this knowledge to reflect modern day lifestyle, fitness now takes on a whole new shape, purpose, and feeling. 

Benefits of re-purposing fitness for health and longevity can be seen in the increases of physical balance, mental clarity, body awareness,  body communication, self motivation, every day performance, strength, happiness and self-confidence, active lifestyle, as well as decreases in negative stress and pain, to keep the list short.
