Self-Care is the original form of Health; you can think of it as the creation of a personal environment of health within a person. Many health approaches focus on actions and adding more to do for the person to become healthy. Self-Care refines what is already there. letting go of the actions that resist health and don’t allow the restoration of the personal environment of health. This letting go frees up energy to take on the things worth changing and this is seen in a direct change in the person’s lifestyle. Lifestyle is the largest indicator of positive health-based outcomes.

(In short, Self-Care is a combination therapy aimed towards restoring function to the body from injury to athletics in leisure or lifestyle.)

What do we do

(short ) Self-Care is based on restoring health. To restore health, you have to be able to find the pieces in a person’s lifestyle that are quietly resisting health. The pieces can be found in physical health, mental health, and emotional health. You can think of this like rocks blocking the river when these blocks are found and removed health flows fully again and the body regains its full restoring ability. Design fitness with the insight of Self-Care has learned to work with the Restoring Therapy of the body.
